This actually sounds weird, but I found articles, about historical happenings with moving graves.
The fact is, that few person, through the time, have found their buried familiars, their graves, not in places where they were liyng. It was a confuse, because it's really strange.
When they searched for them, they could be placed in another part of the cementery, but how? How could this happen? Maaybe some marauders done those horrible things?
Well, in XV century, this happen to a grave of Schtenberger: his grave was found in another point of the cementery, and the people said that this happened because he was a wizard, and now his soul can't find the peace. Then the body, well, the pieces of it, was buried publicly in a pyre. Then the grave was covered by stones and at the top they put an asp cross.
In the fall of the year 1928, similar thing happen to sir Arthur Heizlem* (not sure If I write it well..) when he visited the scottish city of Glenisville, so he decided to visit the grave of his uncle, where he was buried in middle of XIX century. But did not fount it! The local papers immediatly put news about it! Sir Arthur perfectly known where the grave was located, so he asked for help to find the grave to local guardians, aer nd they found it, it was 200 metres far from the actual grave should be.
Sir arthur was sure that the grave they found was actually his uncle, because the grave stone wore the maltese cross.
He actually had a theory that someone, for some strange reason, moved the gravestone, so then they have dig out the grave, but the body wasn't there, the entire grave with the body wmoved to the other side of the cementery!
A similar case happened in Cansas city. In 1989, Joe Berney, a farmer from Folie (or Folly) Creek, have found in the middle of his terrytory a hill, with a small gravestone, Scaried man lt to the police. After a deep research, the police communicated that they can't identify who is lying in the grave, because the title was unreadable and the coffin was rotten, and a human body ingrown deep in the ground.
The stories of moving graves in most of cases are referring to wizards and dark forces.
